Pet Policy:

East Edge allows dogs and cats.
2 pets per apartment home.
A pet addendum and vet records are required.

Pet Fees

Pet Rent: Monthly Fee is $35 per pet.
Non-Refundable Move-In Fee: $300 per pet.

The Initial Pet deposit is non-refundable and does NOT transfer from apartment to apartment. Failure to report a pet on the application and/or failure to register any pet once adopted will result in a $500 Pet Policy violation fee. The pet must then be immediately removed from the apartment and a damage assessment will be conducted. If you choose to keep the pet, the $500 fee will become the Initial Pet deposit, is non-refundable, and pet rent charges will be back charged to the start of your lease.

We do not accept the following breeds: Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Olde English Bull Dog, Presa Canario (Canary Dog), Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Dalmatian, Saint Bernard, Great Dane or any mix of these breeds.

At our Sioux City apartment community, we are “pet-friendly” and want to meet these important members of your family. Please bring your pet to the office for an “interview”. We like to meet and get to know all our residents, even our four-footed ones! We reserve the right to deny the pet application based on the breed, size, and behavior of the animal.
